Perth Primary Care Network would like to acknowledge the Whadjuk people who are the Traditional Custodians of the Land. 

We would also like to pay respect to the Elders both past and present of the Noongar Nation and extend that respect to other Aboriginal Australians.

Perth Primary Care Network is pleased to work in partnership with the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing and the Western Australian Department of Health on a range of initiatives in our region targeted to improving health outcomes for Aboriginal people.
