Perth Primary Care Network offers a range of services and health programs to GPs, allied health professionals and the general community. Our services for the community include our two after hours GP clinics, the Healthy Directions program, our low-cost counselling service MindCare, and others. Perth Primary Care Network works with community members, health professionals, community organisations and local governments to improve the health of communities in the inner west, inner north north and north-eastern metropolitan region of Perth.
